1、First you should be a permanent resident in Wuhan,having formal work and should offer the original copies of your ID,driver’s license and family household register,and maintain the copies and then pay the appropriate deposit.Finally you can handle the procedures.
2、If you are already a regular member of our company, you may only produce the ID card and driver’s license for handling the procedures.If you are resident or worker in Wuhan,you might enjoy the car door delivery service.
3、If you are other city person,you should provide the original copies of your ID and driver’s license,and maintain the copies,and then pay the appropriate deposit.Additionally,you should find a voucher who is a permanent resident having a formal work and owning Wuhan urban registration,and provide the original copies of his/her ID and family household register,at the same time,the voucher should come round.
Self-driving car rental for enterprises and foreign-funded companies
1、The original copies of company (enterprise) business license,tax registration certificate,organization code certificate and the copies of the driver’s ID and driver’s license should be provided, and the copies should be maintained.A contract for self-driving car rental can be signed after the appropriate deposit is paid.
2、If your company or enterprise is already a regular member of our company,only produce the original copies of the driving person’s ID and driver’s license,and then pay the appropriate deposit.If you work in Wuhan,you might enjoy the car door delivery service.
3、No matter company,enterprise or individual,our company will detain 1,000 RMB for road camera margin at the termination of renting contract. One month after the end of rental term,we will return the margin if there is no any illegal driving behavior which verified by our vehicle management staff.If any illegal driving behavior is found,perform the principle of returning the overcharge and demanding payment of the shortage.
二、Relief driver service for business affairs
The enterprise,company or individual can enjoy the business relief driver service.A renting contract can be signed in our company or by faxing.What you need to do is to make a telephone appointment,and our Account Executive will make a door-to-door service for signing the contract,with the down payment/subscription received without any deposit.
三、Long-term car rental for enterprises and foreign-funded companies
1、Enterprise long-term car rental procedures:first produce the original copies of company (enterprise)business license,tax registration certificate and organization code certificate,the legally authorized power of attorney,responsible person’s ID and its copy,maintaining the copies,then sign the renting contract.The enterprise should affix the official seal on the contract,and as well as pay the appropriate deposit.
2、We may purchase a new vehicle according to customer’s requirement,but the rental term must be longer than 2 years (including 2 years).
